Maintenance Contracts

Any mechanical system requires maintenance. HSS strives to design our equipment with ease of service and long lasting reliability in mind.

With moderate levels of preventative maintenance, an HSS sampling system will provide for years of service at minimal cost.

Typical items considered to be standard preventative maintenance are:

  • Bearing lubrication
  • Cutter wiper adjustment
  • Gear reducer oil change
Specific maintenance guidelines are included in operation and maintenance manuals issued with each sampling application. HSS personnel are also available to assist in any field service issues that may arise.
